The programs provided by BlueHaus Studios LLC DBA Ashley June Co (the “Company”) take a lot of work and discipline, just like any worthwhile endeavor, business, or professional continuing education program. Please do not enroll in our programs if you believe in “get rich quick” myths or ideologies. We only want serious people dedicated to real professional development, personal growth, and adding value to their lives and businesses.
The educational training programs, memberships, retreats, coaching services, workshops, expert sessions, and materials provided by the Company are not designed or intended to qualify students for employment. They are intended solely for education, avocation, personal enrichment, leadership development, and enjoyment.
The Company’s products and services, including but not limited to training materials, coaching materials, digital resources, templates, community access, expert sessions, memberships, workshops, and retreats, are provided for educational and illustrative purposes only. They are provided with the understanding that the Company is not engaged in rendering legal, accounting, tax, investment, financial, medical, mental health, therapy, counseling, or other professional services or opinions.

Some experts may hold professional licenses, degrees, certifications, or specialized training in fields such as health, wellness, counseling, ministry, coaching, or other disciplines. However, when participating in Ashley June Co programs, they are operating solely in a coaching, educational, mentorship, ministry, or facilitation capacity, unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.
Their presence in Ashley June Co programs does not create any of the following:
doctor-patient relationship
therapist-client relationship
counselor-client relationship
attorney-client relationship
fiduciary relationship
licensed professional-client relationship
Any information, teaching, facilitation, encouragement, or guidance provided by guest experts, practitioners, or coaches should be treated as educational support only.
Ashley June Co does not supervise professional services rendered outside of our programs and is not responsible for the outcomes, decisions, or actions taken by participants based on expert sessions, community discussions, or practitioner guidance.
The Sanctuary is a faith-based membership community operated by Ashley June Co for Christian women entrepreneurs and leaders. It includes educational resources, coaching discussions, expert sessions, group experiences, community interaction, and related support.
The Sanctuary may include, without limitation:
expert workshops
live coaching calls
community discussions
faith-based encouragement
business education
nervous system support discussions
emotional wellness coaching
hormone and health education
spiritual growth conversations
accountability sessions
All content provided within The Sanctuary is for educational and informational purposes only.
Participation in The Sanctuary is voluntary. Members are solely responsible for their own business, health, emotional, relational, financial, and spiritual decisions and outcomes.
Ashley June Co does not guarantee that any specific expert, practitioner, session topic, or programming schedule will remain unchanged. Experts may be substituted, rescheduled, removed, or replaced at any time due to illness, scheduling conflicts, travel, or business needs. Membership provides access to the overall experience, not to any one specific expert or session.
Ashley June Co is not liable for any actions, outcomes, or decisions made by members based on Sanctuary content, community discussions, or expert sessions.
Ashley June Co and The Sanctuary are faith-based Christian offerings. Content may include discussions related to:
prayer
scripture
biblical teaching
identity in Christ
spiritual growth
deliverance
inner healing
discipleship
Christian leadership
Participation in these discussions is voluntary. You are solely responsible for your own beliefs, spiritual interpretations, decisions, and practices.
Ashley June Co does not guarantee any spiritual outcome, healing outcome, or ministry outcome.
Certain Ashley June Co programs include private online communities, group calls, or discussion spaces. Members may share personal experiences, business opinions, beliefs, or advice within these spaces.
Ashley June Co is not responsible for and does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, appropriateness, or outcomes of statements made by other members or participants.
Participation in group spaces is at your own discretion and risk.
Members are expected to respect the privacy of other participants and not share, distribute, or disclose personal information, private discussions, or recordings from the community without permission.
Violation of community standards may result in removal from the program or community without refund.
By participating in Ashley June Co programs, memberships, events, calls, workshops, retreats, or community sessions, you understand and agree that sessions may be recorded for educational, training, archival, member access, or business purposes.
You grant Ashley June Co permission to record, store, use, and distribute those recordings within its membership portals, educational platforms, internal systems, or related business resources.
Ashley June Co will take reasonable steps to handle recordings appropriately, but cannot guarantee complete confidentiality in any group setting, digital platform, or community environment.
Ashley June Co may use various digital tools, platforms, and technologies to deliver, store, organize, process, or improve program materials and recordings. This may include, without limitation:
transcription services
video hosting tools
content management systems
artificial intelligence tools
language models such as ChatGPT or similar technologies
summarization or formatting tools
Recorded sessions, coaching calls, community calls, workshops, or events may be uploaded, transcribed, summarized, formatted, processed, or organized using these tools for purposes such as:
improving member access
generating transcripts
creating summaries
organizing educational materials
enhancing the learning experience
storing program resources
By participating in Ashley June Co programs, memberships, communities, or events, you acknowledge and consent to the use of such technologies for content processing and educational support purposes.
Ashley June Co will take reasonable steps to protect participant privacy but cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality or security when third-party platforms and technologies are used.
All of our materials are copyrighted. Any unauthorized reprint or use of our materials is prohibited.
No part of our materials may be reproduced, copied, distributed, transmitted, recorded, republished, uploaded, broadcast, posted, sold, or stored in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopying, recording, or by any information storage and retrieval system, without the express written permission of the Company.
You hereby acknowledge that you are purchasing educational training, coaching access, community access, digital materials, and/or related resources only.
No additional support, training, or act on our part is expressly promised or implied, except as appears in the Agreement, these Terms and Conditions, or any specific written offer.
You acknowledge and agree that no representations or statements of actual, average, projected, or forecasted sales, profits, earnings, health outcomes, emotional outcomes, leadership outcomes, or spiritual outcomes have been made with respect to the training contemplated by the Agreement or these Terms and Conditions.
You understand that the techniques and methods taught involve risk, judgment, adaptation, and conditions that may evolve and change over time, and that your success is largely dependent upon your own business abilities, effort, follow-through, and discernment.
You further understand and agree that we are not engaged in rendering legal, tax, financial, accounting, medical, mental health, or other professional opinions or advice.
If legal advice or other expert assistance is required, the services of a competent professional should be sought.
You agree to hold us and our representatives harmless from any and all liabilities, demands, claims, actions, or suits that may be asserted against you by third parties by reason of your use of any information presented in our products, services, programs, seminars, workshops, or memberships.
All implied warranties are hereby disclaimed.
We shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
Our liability under the Agreement, these Terms and Conditions, and this Disclaimer is limited to the price paid by you for the products or services that are the subject of a dispute or controversy.
In no event shall we be liable for loss of profits or any other commercial damage, including but not limited to special, indirect, exemplary, incidental, consequential, punitive, or other damages.
The terms “Company,” “we,” “us,” “our,” or “ours,” as used in this paragraph, shall include our parent entities, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, licensees, contractors, experts, practitioners, successors, and assigns.
Our courses, memberships, coaching programs, retreats, and related services are non-refundable. Please do not invest in a program with us unless you are taking your financial obligation seriously and fully intend to honor your commitment.
If at any time you are questioning your investment, please contact ashley@wildandradiant.com for support.
However, if you fail to render payment and are on a payment plan, we are obligated to pursue collection of the outstanding balance. Please note that an additional 20% surcharge on the remaining balance due will be charged if the account is submitted to collections.

MEMBERSHIP BILLING DISCLOSURE
Certain Ashley June Co offerings, including but not limited to The Sanctuary membership, operate on a recurring subscription basis.
By enrolling in a recurring membership program, you authorize Ashley June Co to charge the payment method provided on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle associated with the membership.
Sanctuary memberships may be canceled at any time; however, cancellation requests must be submitted at least seven (7) days prior to the next billing date in order to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
If cancellation is submitted within seven (7) days of the upcoming billing date, the next billing charge may still process and the membership will remain active through the end of that billing period.
No refunds will be issued for partially used membership periods.
Full details regarding membership billing, cancellations, and payment obligations are outlined in the Terms & Conditions, which you agree to upon purchase.
MEMBERSHIP AND PROGRAM BILLING DISCLOSURE
Certain Ashley June Co programs and services operate on either recurring membership billing or structured payment plans. These may include, but are not limited to, programs such as The Sanctuary membership, The Selah Collective coaching program, masterminds, retreats, and other educational offerings.
By enrolling in any Ashley June Co program, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing either:
• a recurring subscription membership, or
• a program with a structured payment plan commitment.
Programs such as The Sanctuary operate on a recurring membership basis. By enrolling, you authorize Ashley June Co to automatically charge your selected payment method on the applicable billing cycle until the membership is canceled in accordance with the membership cancellation policy.
Sanctuary membership cancellations must be submitted at least seven (7) days prior to the next billing date in order to prevent the next billing cycle from processing.
Programs such as The Selah Collective may offer payment plans as a convenience to participants. Payment plans represent a financial commitment to the full program cost, not installment-based access to individual sessions or materials. Participants remain responsible for completing all payments according to the agreed payment schedule.
Failure to cancel a recurring membership in accordance with the cancellation policy, or failure to complete a payment plan commitment, may result in continued billing obligations as described in the Terms & Conditions.
Participants are responsible for reviewing the full Terms & Conditions prior to purchase.
All contracts, forms, checklists, templates, and letters contained herein are provided for training and educational purposes only.
Ashley June Co does not assert any warranty, express or implied, as to the legal effect and/or completeness of any contracts, forms, templates, checklists, or supporting documentation.
Ashley June Co hereby disclaims any and all liability with respect to such materials.
You are encouraged to contact a licensed attorney to ensure that any forms, contracts, or letters are modified to comply with the laws of your state, province, or country.
Severability. If any provision in the Agreement, these Terms and Conditions, or this Disclaimer is found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless continue in full force and effect without being impaired or invalidated in any way.
The Agreement, these Terms and Conditions, and this Disclaimer supersede any and all prior agreements, oral or written, between you and us with respect to the purchase of our products and services and contain all covenants and agreements pertaining to such purchase.
You acknowledge that no representations, inducements, promises, or agreements, oral or otherwise, have been made by us or anyone acting on our behalf, except as expressly set forth herein.
